We Are Hiring: Replenishment Officer

Al Razzaq Fibres Pvt Ltd is seeking a Replenishment Officer to oversee inventory flow and ensure optimal stock availability across our retail network. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in inventory planning and replenishment within the textile or fashion retail sector.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory or replenishment management within the same industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet sales demand

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock transfers and restocking

• Analyze inventory data to identify fast-moving and slow-moving items

• Prepare and maintain replenishment reports, stock records, and MIS

• Ensure accuracy in stock management and timely system updates

• Support planning and execution of warehouse dispatch operations

• Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize overstocking and stock-outs
