Job Overview:
Ombre Apparel Park is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Officer for Needle Store to manage needle store operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and buyer requirements. The role involves issuing and receiving needles, maintaining inventory and breakage records, conducting audits, and coordinating with sewing, quality, and compliance teams to support smooth and controlled production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage needle store operations following company needle control policies

• Issue and receive sewing needles with proper records and approvals

• Maintain accurate needle inventory, breakage records, and disposal logs

• Ensure compliance with buyer, safety, and needle control requirements

• Conduct regular needle audits and physical verifications

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly needle control reports

• Coordinate with sewing, quality, and compliance teams to ensure smooth production

• Ensure proper storage and controlled access to needles and sharp tools

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum Experience: 3–5 years (preferably in denim garments)

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Knowledge of needle control procedures and safety standards

• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
