Position Overview – Territory Manager

Berger Paints Pakistan is currently seeking motivated and result-oriented professionals for the position of Territory Manager – Sales in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and driving market share growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers

• Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

• Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis

Eligibility & Requirements

• Relevant education and professional qualification

• Proven experience in sales and territory management, preferably in FMCG or paint industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
