To strengthen its Motor Insurance business, Jubilee General Insurance is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional for the position of Relationship Manager – Motor Dealership Channel at its Head Office in Karachi.

Position Overview – Relationship Manager (Motor Dealership Channel)

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with motor dealerships, ensuring business growth, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with motor dealerships and channel partners

• Promote and manage motor insurance products through dealership channels

• Coordinate with internal underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Identify business growth opportunities and enhance market penetration

• Ensure timely resolution of dealership and customer-related issues

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular business reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development

• Strong understanding of motor insurance products or motor dealership operations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment
