One Network Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced OFC Supervisor to manage and oversee optical fiber cable (OFC) operations. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in fiber network installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance, coupled with strong supervisory and coordination skills.

Position Details

• Job Title: OFC Supervisor

• Locations: Rawalpindi & Islamabad

• Department: Network Operations / Field Services

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise OFC installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance activities

• Ensure timely identification and resolution of fiber faults and network issues

• Monitor and manage field teams and contractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Maintain accurate network documentation, reports, and site records

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and project timelines

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution

• Provide technical guidance and support to field staff as required

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field

• Experience: 3–5 years in OFC / fiber network operations

• Hands-on expertise in fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting

• Strong supervisory, coordination, and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
