To strengthen its Planning & Development Department, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is hiring a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor for its construction projects in Sheikhupura.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong site execution, supervision, and construction management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• BTech Civil

• DAE Civil

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in building construction and PEB structures

Key Responsibilities & Job Description

• Manage and supervise all building grey structure and finishing works to ensure quality and timely completion

• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and strict compliance with safety standards and site regulations

• Handle estimation, billing, and verification of material quantities in accordance with project requirements

• Review, read, and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to ensure alignment with approved designs, quality benchmarks, safety standards, and project budgets

• Supervise all Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) related activities, including:

  • Steel structure erection

  • Alignment and bolting works

• Ensure accurate fabrication and installation of steel components as per approved drawings and project specifications

• Verify levels, plumb, alignment, and dimensions of:

  • PEB frames

  • Purlins

  • Bracings

  • Sheeting works

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution
