Role Overview

Act as a key liaison between the call center, dealership customer relations department, and internal teams
-
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently with a customer-first approach
-
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
-
Analyze customer data and feedback to support service improvements
-
Coordinate with dealership teams regarding Sales and After-Sales operations
-
Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Qualifications
-
BBA / MBA from a recognized institution
Requirements & Skills
-
02 to 03 years of experience in customer relations or customer service management
(Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply) -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal, reporting, and presentation skills
-
Good computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-
Knowledge of automotive dealership Sales and After-Sales operations will be considered an added advantage
