Key Responsibilities

• Drive district-level sales growth and expand market penetration in assigned territory

• Manage, develop, and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners

• Implement and execute business strategies aligned with corporate goals and objectives

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution

• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports to support management decision-making

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in petrochemical sales

  • Strong exposure to sales and business development roles

• Proven experience in distributor and channel partner management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic market environment
