We Are Hiring – Assistant Manager QMS (Denim Garments)

Sapphire Fibres Limited is looking for a competent and detail-oriented professional to join its Denim Garments division as Assistant Manager QMS at its Raiwind, Lahore facility.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of product safety, process control, and SOPs

• Follow up and monitor QMS requirements from incoming materials to final shipment

• Accurately enter daily QC data into software and maintain updated records

• Prepare and present weekly KPI dashboards to support management decisions

• Maintain daily updates of Obeya & Fishbone boards

• Coordinate and monitor equipment calibration schedules

Job Specifications

• Qualification: Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in QMS or a related role

• Strong knowledge of QMS standards, ISO procedures, and apparel manufacturing processes

• Proficient in MS Office
