As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking a highly experienced, visionary, and results-driven professional to join our leadership team as Head of Marketing.

Position Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing Stylo’s overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy to drive brand growth, retail footfall, and sales performance across all physical retail locations nationwide.

This leadership role requires close collaboration with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Senior Management to translate commercial objectives into impactful marketing initiatives. The position will oversee brand governance, seasonal campaigns, retail marketing execution, and consumer insights while ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing and corporate branding strategy

• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and store traffic across retail outlets

• Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

• Oversee retail marketing initiatives and in-store brand execution nationwide

• Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all touchpoints

• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and optimize ROI

• Lead and manage relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies

• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and performance metrics to guide strategy

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales and operational objectives

• Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior leadership

Job Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

💼 Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of overall marketing experience

• Proven background in footwear, fashion, or large-scale retail

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or head-level role
