Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and skilled Textile Designer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in textile design and a strong understanding of both traditional and contemporary techniques. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative designs and collaborate with multiple teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative textile designs aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends

• Create and execute designs incorporating hand embroidery, hand stitching, and hand painting

• Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility

• Conduct research on trends, color palettes, fabrics, and surface design techniques

• Prepare design sheets, swatches, and artwork for sampling and production

• Ensure quality and detailing standards are maintained throughout the design process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in textile design

• Strong expertise in hand embroidery, hand stitching, and hand painting techniques

• Good understanding of fabrics, textures, and surface development

• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
