Position Details

• Job Title: Executive SDS

• Location: Karachi / Islamabad (depending on operational needs)

• Department: Field Operations / Service Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee project activities across field operations

• Ensure timely closure of complaints and service requests

• Coordinate with internal technical departments to resolve issues efficiently

• Monitor performance of field teams and ensure adherence to operational guidelines

• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, reports, and progress tracking

• Provide feedback and updates to management on project and operational progress

• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement corrective measures

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Prior experience in telecom operations, field service, or project support is preferred

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with service delivery systems, reporting tools, and field operations
