Punjab Police Jobs April 2025 for Constables, Lady Constables, Dolphin Squad, Drivers & Traffic Assistants

Punjab Police just dropped a big batch of job openings for April 2025. They’re on the hunt for pretty much the usual suspects: Constables, Lady Constables (yep, separate listing for women, because, well, you know how these things go), folks for the Dolphin Squad (which, let’s be real, sounds way cooler than it probably is), Driver Constables, and some Traffic Assistants. All these spots come with BPS-07 salary status, which is… not CEO money, but hey, not too shabby considering the perks.

Now, here’s where it gets real: if you wanna throw your hat in the ring, you gotta check all their little boxes—physical fitness, education, age, blah blah blah. No shortcuts. Applications open from April 28 to May 12, 2025, and you better submit yours at your district’s cop shop—er, I mean, the District Police Lines.

Oh, and before you get too hyped—don’t bother applying if you’re not actually from the district with the vacancy. That’s one rule they’re not bending. Play by their rules, follow the checklist, and maybe you’ll be suiting up in blue soon.

Punjab Police Vacant Positions and Eligibility Criteria

1. Constable & Lady Constable

• Available in: Kasur, Rawalpindi, Murree, Jhelum, Attock, Chakwal
• Age: 18-22 years
• Height:
  • Male: 5 feet 7 inches
  • Female: 5 feet 2 inches
• Chest (Male only): Minimum 33-34.5 inches
• Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) from recognized board
• Physical Test:
  • Male: 1.6 km race in 7 minutes
  • Female: 1.6 km race in 10 minutes
• Domicile: Must belong to the relevant district

2. Constable Dolphin Squad

• Available in: Murree District only
• Age: 18-22 years
• Height:
  • Male: 5 feet 7 inches
  • Female: 5 feet 2 inches
• Chest (Male only): Minimum 33-34.5 inches
• Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)
• Physical Test:
  • Male: 1.6 km race in 7 minutes
  • Female: 1.6 km race in 10 minutes
• Domicile: Must belong to the relevant district

3. Driver Constable

• Available in: Murree District only
• Age: 21-30 years
• Height:
  • Male: 5 feet 7 inches
  • Female: 5 feet 2 inches
• Chest (Male only): Minimum 33-34.5 inches
• Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid LTV driving license
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience
  • Driving skill and body language test will be conducted
• Physical Test:
  • Male: 1.6 km race in 7 minutes
  • Female: 1.6 km race in 10 minutes
• Domicile: Must belong to the relevant district

4. Traffic Assistant

• Available in: Rawalpindi and Murree Districts
• Age: 18-22 years
• Height:
  • Male: 5 feet 7 inches
  • Female: 5 feet 2 inches
• Chest (Male only): Minimum 33-34.5 inches
• Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)
• Other Requirements:
  • Vision must not be worse than 6/9
  • Near vision not less than 1.5
• Domicile: Must belong to the relevant district
